Coffee is a brilliant ingredient for baking. I love it in cakes, creamy puddings and in a nice buttery biscuit. I also got a fancy pants new double piping bag for my birthday last week and I was dying to create something worthy for it’s first outing. I had to make Viennese biscuits! Yes OK. It didn’t go according to plan when I had to enlist the help of The Boy. He was busting to try my new toy, so I didn’t actually pipe these myself, the fine creations in the picture were all his handy work!
