Spicy pepperoni bolognese is a variation on my recipe for regular bolognese. It’s really simple to make, it’s ready in less than half an hour and isn’t too far away from the original recipe. It can also be adapted to be made hotter or milder depending on your personal preference. It always goes down well with The Boy, he really loves pepperoni and likes me to add it to all kinds of dishes. You all know by now that my secret ingredient in any tomato based pasta dish is Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce. It really adds some extra flavour to a dish like this too.
