I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up a plain hot chocolate but I have been making Snickercinos for years now. I’m all about saving money on eating and drinking out so now we have Stephbucks NOT Starbucks. It’s a cheaper, healthier option and you can make four servings for the price of a Grande! My love for Snickercinos started when I was pregnant. I ate a lot of melted mars bars on toast and a Snickercino was a perfect accompaniment! They are easy to make and don’t require any skill at all, apart from the not grating your fingers on the grater part! Snickercinos are a great alternative to a coffee or a hot chocolate and amazing when you’re fancying a bit of both! You can also adjust the amount of coffee if you’re going to be giving it to your kids, just to make sure they’re not bouncing off the walls on caffeine! Snickercinos are simple, delicious and super yum for cold and rainy days like this! Best enjoyed hot, straight from the pan and with some fresh baked biscuits or cake of some description. A cheap alternative to Starbucks in the comfort of your own kitchen!
